Yasushi currently leads gumi's blockchain business, overseeing all areas of Web3-related entertainment and finance. He also serves as CEO of both gC Labs Inc. and Hinode Technologies Inc., subsidiaries driving innovation in the crypto and validator infrastructure space.
Since joining gumi in 2018, he has held key roles across corporate PR, human resources, business development, and investment. Prior to gumi, he worked at the Development Bank of Japan, where he was engaged in corporate finance, including loan and credit restructuring for major domestic and international companies, as well as recruitment and HR planning.
Jun currently serves as the technical director for gumi’s blockchain business, overseeing validator operations and crypto asset management.
Before joining gumi in 2023, he served as CEO of HYPERIA Co., Ltd., where he led the design and development of blockchain-based traceability services for the energy sector and built a layer-1 blockchain from the ground up.
Earlier in his career, he worked as a management consultant, leading new business development initiatives for large enterprises. He later transitioned into software engineering, honing his skills through open-source software (OSS) contributions.
He graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kyoto University in 2013.
Kiyotaka currently plays a central role in business planning and strategy for the Web3 Business Planning Department at TIS Inc., where he focuses on corporate blockchain adoption—including token-based environmental commodity trading and automated insurance payouts using smart contracts.
Since 2019, he has been part of the Blockchain Promotion Office (the predecessor to the current department), and led TIS’s role in co-founding Hinode Technologies.
He joined TIS in 2002, gaining extensive experience in project management and IT application development, particularly in web portal systems for the energy industry.
